Consumer Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

To apply for a refund, please send an email to accounts@inspiredtech.co.uk requesting a refund, stating your name, your sales transaction number, your Transaction ID or Cart-ID of your payment, and your reason for requesting a refund,

Returns

If you wish to return a product without reason, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to notify us that you wish to cancel your order, and 14 days from the date of notification to return the goods.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in

You will need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

By downloading any digital goods purchase from www.inspiredtech.co.uk/ the customer is waiving their rights to the 14 day cooling off period.

All sales of digital goods are final. Refunds for any digital goods sold by Inspired Technology Services Ltd. will only be considered for a refund if any of the following conditions apply:

  • The customer is exercising their rights under the UK consumer contracts regulations for the sale of digital goods
  • The digital goods were incorrectly described on www.inspiredtech.co.uk/ at the time of purchase
  • The digital goods are proven to be defective

 

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved;

  • We will initiate a refund within 14 days of your return being approved.
  • The refund will be made to the card, or alternative payment method account used to make the original payment transaction.

To speed up the refund process, please give the Transaction ID or Cart-ID of your purchase when applying for a refund

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
